Este é o primeiro vinho do projeto Jóia da Montanha, vinhos com o mínimo de intervenção.
Um vinho tinto palhete feito com uvas 85% de variedades tintas e 15% de variedades brancas, que conferem perfil e caráter únicos.
De cor rubi clara, com aromas de frutos do bosque maduros, sendo muito fresco em boca, seco, apresenta taninos genuínos e um final longo e prazeroso.

Nossas Castas
As vinhas velhas, dividem-se entre 35 e 45 anos de idade e são castas tradicionais e autóctones da região da Beira Interior, sendo as tintas Tinta Roriz, Rufete, Mourisco, Jaen, Touriga Nacional e as brancas Fonte Cal, Síria, Moscatel dentre outras.
Os solos são calcários, arenosos com faixas de granito, a altitude está entre os 400 e 500 metros. Está entre as Serras da Estrela e da Malcata, com amplitudes térmicas ideais para uvas de boa qualidade, que fazem vinhos genuínos.
Os proprietários Andressa Noitel e Brayden Bennett, escolheram a propriedade que tem atualmente 4 hectares na Beira Interior, por ser uma região rica em tradição, cultura, com infinitas belezas e que juntas, transferem às uvas, condições ideais para produzir vinhos de reconhecida notoriedade.

Brayden was born in Johannesburg, South Africa and discovered his passion for cooking at a young age. Gaining 10 years of experience in London cooking in a variety of restaurants and cuisines. In the yachting industry he revealed his talent, cooking for private yachts during seasons in the Mediterranean. With over 20 years of preparing dishes from many cuisines Brayden has the expertise to harmonise wine with great dishes. He turns dining experiences into very memorable occasions. In the Joia da Montanha, he is reponsabile for care the of vines and helps Andressa Noitel to make wine.
Andressa Noitel, was born in Brazil and graduated in Marketing. After a 10-year career, she discovered her true passion in wine and never stopped. She took several courses in the area. She has been a sommeliere since 2011 and wine educator, WSET level 3 certified, completed a postgraduate degree in Enology in Lisbon, in addition to being a Certified Port Educator by IVDP. She also teaches courses at Eviva Wine School and in her project Joia da Montanha, she is responsible for making the wine and every part of the entire marketing process. Of course, teaching and tasting wines is her specialty.
